Well this is a small family home I made for my new sims to live in...I thought since it turned out decent I would share it with you.
Maybe you guys will like it 
There are two versions: unfurnished for those who want to decorate themselves, and furnished for those that want a ready-for-a-family house.
Info:2 x 2 lot size (smallest)
2 bedrooms upstairs
2 bathrooms -- 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs
1 "pet" room downstairs for dogs or cats
trees and lots of bushes
playarea (or study area) upstairs
Cost for Unfurnished Version: $25,423
Cost for Furnished Version: $70,222 (may be less though since I removed alot of unnecessary things that attached during packaging)
If you want to give me constructive criticism, please do.
Furnished version has beds for 5 sims (1 double bed in master bedroom upstairs and 3 single beds in children's bedroom upstairs), tv/sofa/bookcase both downstairs and upstairs, table upstairs for kids to do homework (or you can put computers on the table), desk downstairs with computer and radio...everything a family could need and a few things they may want.
