I am totally uncreative when it comes to naming things, hence the title of this thread lol.

The house comes in two versions: unfurnished (exterior decor only), and furnished (this one is barely furnished)

4 bedrooms, a pet room (could be a 5th bedroom instead), and 3 bathrooms (although if you just download the unfurnished version, you could use the rooms for whatever you want--or start a home business)...

other furniture: from Holy Simoly

There are also recolors of maxis items that I used, I'm not sure if they were included in the lot though, they dont show up in Clean Installer.
