I know what you're probably thinking. There's no way a house like this is really in the Deep South. Your surprise is very warranted, but here's the skinny: Not only does this house exist, but it's on the corner of Forest Lane and Black Street in a city just South of me. Unfortunately, I couldn't schmooze my way inside to get the lay of the land, but when real life fails, imagination will do nicely, thank you.
So here it is: Four bedrooms and three bathrooms of Sim splendor for you to enjoy! The kitchen is large enough for those intimate family dinners, but wait! There's more! A huge formal dining room for those special occasions with plenty of room to feed your guests and then move to the huge living room to dance the night away! Need more room? You've got it! Just let the party spill out back to the expansive rear deck area and then party until the sun turns blue!
