This is the second home in my series of homes based on actual houses for sale in my area. This Tidewater home sits at the end of a street named for one of the founding families of the area. The family likes to act like they are true bluebloods, but a bit of checking and one finds out rather quickly that blue is not the color of their blood...more like green. Now, I'm not going to elaborate and spread gossip about people who can be really nice, if the mood suits them. Nor am I the one to tell everyone that their relatives sold out Fort Deposit to the Natives for gold. To do that would be...rude.
So, instead I'll tell you all about this house. First off, it's huge! Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a quaint breakfast nook, and a wraparound porch that goes 3/4 of the way around the house! There's also plenty of space downstairs to build a fabulous party room, complete with it's own bathroom and showers.
There is only one bit of custom content, a floor tile designed by Manolo...but I have no idea who that is or where I can find them. I built this house back before OFB came out, and have never added anything to it, so that's all the ep's you'll need.
Enjoy the pics and the house! Oh, if you really want to see something kind of dramatic, have your sims drive around the block, then zoom out and put the walls all the way up and then watch them return home. It's pretty cool!
