Here it is, finally! I finally got tired of playing around with the roof of this house. I'm relatively pleased with the result. This was a request by our fearless and ubiquitous leader, Jessica. (I hope you like it, sweet!)
I think I had a harder time naming this one than usual, because the home is a diverse compound of several styles: Coastal, Tidewater, Rowhouse, and Bungalow, so I just closed my eyes and picked two!
The bottom floor is set up to be a home business if you are so inclined, with plenty of floorspace for displays available. The second floor has an open kitchen/dining/living room, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, a large bathroom, and a smaller room that would make a perfect nursery/office/study. The third floor is devoted to two more bedrooms, but the smaller one would make a great indoor gymnasium. There is also a good sized bathroom.
As per usual, the home is unfurnished so use your imagination and decorate away! The wide-open spaces were screaming at me to decorate them, and I almost didn't catch myself in time before I had the whole place furnished and Sims living in it!

UPDATED: I just wasn't happy with the roof, so I played with it for a couple of hours, got mad, cussed the system for a bit, then played with it some more. FINALLY I got what I wanted.
Love and Peace,
