FINALLY!
This has been one of the hardest lots to make. Not only in design but also since I decided from the beginning that I was going to furnish and decorate it fully with the best custom content I could find. It took me several weeks but I made it
This is Radisson Pleasantview. A five star hotel in the middle of Pleasantview. It has four floors including the ground floor that contains the front desk, offices and the Bistro. I re-used some of the signs I made for my Radisson Manhattan lot just because I was lazy
and I hope you can all forgive me
This lot was HARD to make
It even contains Studio 54 above the Bistro
The hotel is made on a community lot 40x40 and the total value is 724.118 simoleons.
This lot requires quite a bit of power from your computer so if you have a slower model it will slow down your game or just not load at all. I am sorry about this but I wanted to make a really nice hotel and this was the price I had to pay.
The lot uses the invisible ceiling and if you have that installed or download it from MTS2 you will find the control to lower and raise the ceiling to the left of the stairs leading to the entrance of the Bistro. (It's a small CD laying on the ground)
Ground Floor:Front Desk, Lobby Area with seating and a computer desk for guests, Manager's office, Controller's Office, Storage, Bistro Artist, Kitchen and Public restrooms.
1st Floor:Conference Department with three conference rooms and lobby with fireplace, Studio 54 and Public restrooms.
2nd Floor:Three hotel rooms of various sizes with private baths and a grand lobby for relaxing.
3rd Floor:Two grand suites and lobby (Presidentual Suite furnished with antique furniture and extensive library, Modern suite with the latest in entertainment and large walk in closet) Both suites have private balcony's and the presidentual suite has one in each room.
