Scanned With Clean Installer--This Lot is Completely Clean
Well I made this lot yesterday for adult quadruplets in my game who just moved out of their parents' house. I thought I would share it with you guys because of its versatility.
I call it a Garden Condo because the house has a garden and the actual building resembles a condo/townhouse thingy my grandmother lived in when I was younger....maybe someone will like it 
I have all expansion packs but I used this cheat: boolprop showcatalogepflags true (which tells you in the catalog what ep each item came from) so I know I used things from Uni and Nightlife, but I didn't use anything from Pets. I marked it as requiring all EP's though because I don't know if Pets' reverse incompatibility applies to houses too or not....try installing it with Clean Installer to avoid problems
I didn't bother with curtains or rugs because I feel they're a waste and I know the house isn't that good, so if you want to give me constructive criticism, please do. There's no fancy photography or anything.
The house comes in two versions: unfurnished and furnished. So you can decide whether you want to decorate yourself or not.
The layout enables you to make the bottom area a play area for pets (put some pet beds in and some toys and you're all set) or make it a gym area...or you can even make it a small semi-outdoor shop. The top area doesnt have to be just a living area, if you download the unfurnished version, you can make the top part an additional "hang out" area for customers.
Like I said before, its pretty versatile so feel free to do whatever with it

I also used the invisible driveway by roddyaleixo but it didnt show up in Clean Installer (So I guess it didn't attach itself to the lot?), so you will need to go HERE and get it
