Well this is a family home I made using a white/black/silver theme. There are two versions--unfurnished and furnished.

There are lots of rooms: a "mudroom" (you can use it as a pet room like I did in the furnished version), living room, kitchen, dining area, downstairs bathroom, upstairs play area, "rec" room (the large room upstairs--furnished version has the instruments in it), upstairs bathroom, and two bedrooms.

If you want, you can use the large upstairs room as a gym or another bedroom (for those families with 6 kids lol) or a study  (just add desks and bookcases)

The exterior is decorated in both versions; the unfurnished version has no decorations inside so you can determine what you want each room to be. Or you could turn the unfurnished version into a home business if you want.

Thank you so much for offering this unfurnished, I'm so sick of having to delete all the Items in other houses I've DL'd so I can add my custom content. ANyone who plays the sims knows that downloading custom stuff is very addictive so who wants to play in a house furnished with Maxis stuff? Thank you and Happy Birthday to Wicked Sims.

Just wanted to say thanks for your lovely house.  I like the nice big rooms.  Lots of space for my picky sims to move around in.
