The Green Farm "Wickedsims Exclusive"

Time for another lot. This is a lot for the farming community complete with a barn (also functioning as garage) weet fields and apple trees
The lot was inspired by the Green Farm in the tv show Jericho but since it is only partially inspired from it I won't upload it in the Jericho section.

The house is built on the largest lot but the house itself is not that big. Even though it has many rooms, most of them are in medium size to keep it more real.
I have however checked and the rooms are big enough for furnishing and for your sims to get around them (Depending on how much furniture you want) 

The lower floor has the following:
Hallway
Diningroom
Livingroom
Study
Kitchen
Small toilet
Spare room

The 1st floor has:
Four bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Walk in closets for two of the bedrooms

It uses some custom content both included and excluded and you can find the NON included ones in the links below.
I always seem to use some pay content in my lots but that's because I want them to hold my standards and I don't like pushing out lot's I don't like  I hope you all understand.
However most of the non included stuff is free so I hope you get it
