Hi again.
Here is my latest project from my "Friends" phase
It is a lot called Bleecker Street and it has a smaller version of the Friends apartment building for those that have slower computers and dont like to have too much custom content. It uses only maxis made stuff and is totally hack free.
The specs are as follows:
Lot size: medium
Cost: 178.709 simoleans
Lot type: Residential
It has 6 floors and a total of 13 apartments, the only ones decorated are the ones belonging to Monica and Joey and they can be found on the third floor.
The rest of the apartments have the layout done but only drywall is set up, they are totally empty for you to decorate
The entrance floor has a small coffeeshop in the corner, that too undecorated and the rest of that floor consists of a small lobby and storage areas in the back.
The front of the building is dominated by the fire escape stretching from the roof down to street level.
Attached to the building is a smaller one that has two small stuido apartments with one room and bathroom each.
