Sometimes when I'm bored I like to take an old house and give it a makeover, especially when the Sims living in it are doing particularly well financially. Such is the case with this house. It started as a ranch house, but once I got finished fiddling and twiddling and tweaking, well, the new home in no way resembled the original.
Now most of the time, I hate what I've done and simply destroy it. But this one turned out especially well, and I didn't have to use any custom content to get my desired effect! I hope you enjoy the home. It has five spacious bedrooms and three beautiful bathrooms. While the price range is quite high for Sims just starting out, this could be one of the homes they aspire to live in! Or you can cheat, whatever toots your horn.
