I've decided to try something a bit different from what I usually upload this time around. While I will always have a sincere and complete love for Southern Antebellum homes, it's good to stretch your wings every now and then and try something new...so I loaded The Game, and built two modern homes, both influenced by the god of Architects, Frank Lloyd Wright. Here's the first.
The Art of Deco is a huge 7 bedroom/6 bathroom modern palace that has a two car garage and a load of other features. It has an exercise room, music room, study, a large professional kitchen, and an entertainment room. This home also features a cozy private garden with a fountain, just the thing to calm away the busy city life. And nothing says, 'I have lots of simoleons' like a rooftop garden which can be reached from the expansive secdon story terrace. Your sims will have complete rooftop access so that they can find the perfect observation point to stargaze.
With extensive exterior illumination (you have to provide the interior), a spacious backyard with a beautiful pool, and a tastefully landscaped 50x60 lot, this home is a steal at 339,000!
There is no custom content and you'll only need ep's through OFB to play, especially if you install this lot with the Clean Installer.
I've already tested this lot, and it's too bad your Sims can't gain body points by walking from one end of a house to the other!
