Georgia On My Mind

Georgia....Georgia...

Ahhh the sweet melody of Ray Charles.  That beautiful song of the South that has got Georgia on my mind.  Take a leisurely drive through any of the older parts of that wonderful state, and you, too, will have Georgia on your mind forever.  Georgian architecture isn't just a style, it's a state of mind.  A person who lives in this style of home would rather sit on the front porch and sip a mint julep than vegetate on the sofa and watch reruns of 'Seinfeld'.  They would rather have a backyard barbecue than order take-out.  They enjoy the simple things that make life worthwhile.  More importantly, if they don't appreciate those things before they move in, they soon will.

Notice the grand lines and spacious living areas, the generous kitchen and careful appointment of bathrooms, the simple and efficient floorplan, and, of course, the meticulous landscaping.  Move your sims into this four bedroom/four bathroom home, and they will thank you for it.  Soon, they will have Georgia on thier minds.

The only custom content in this home is a topiary made my maxis, and you only need ep's through OFB to play it.  (I'm thinking about Jessica and everyone else who can't run Seasons).

Oh! I almost forgot!  The home is partially furnished, with a bed per room, all the bathroom fixtures, a professional kitchen, a fully appointed study, and a formal dining room with seating for 16.  There is also some patio furniture and a grill.

Welcome Home
