We're back!Finally, after a month of being down, our site is back, along with all the other family sites!
Now I'm not sure what you have read elsewhere but let me give you a little info about what happened:- Our host was telling us we were using up too much CPU (their limit is 25%) so they were about to kick us off
- Our host said that even with all of our sites turned off, we were still using too much CPU--I thought we were under some sort of attack (due to looking at the logs and seeing strange things going on) and asked them to investigate but after saying they would, they later sent me an email saying "nevermind its your problem you deal with it"
- Nouk and I decided to get a server together, but the only way to get one for a reasonable price was to get one we would have to setup entirely by ourselves. Since neither of us knew how to do that, we looked for help.
- with the help of some tutorials I found through Google, and lots of help from Delphy (mts2), the server is finally working right and all of the sites are back up
Unfortunately this new server is $100 per month, so we will be having donation buttons up on all of our sites.We will also be adding new sites (hopefully) and we will be having one main site called "Wicked Nouk Family" to showcase all of the sites in our family, and to give donation details (like how much we need, how much has been donated, etc). You will be able to see this site at
http://wickednoukfamily.com (the site is BRAND NEW so there isnt really anything there yet).
So in the future, instead of linking to several different sites in our family, you can just link to wickednoukfamily if you want In other news: The forum has been reorganized so it should be easier on you guys to find what you want. I know it may need some more organizing later, but if you have any suggestions on what should be fixed or what you'd like to see changed around here, please post in
