Here is the second house to make it to Victoria street 

It's a beautiful renovated victorian style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious open style livingarea that leads to the kitchen and breakfast nook.
It has a 1 car garage and comes unfurnished except for the essentials.

The house costs 75.315 simoleans.

**Uses NO custom content or hacks**

**Requires University and Nightlife**

I have thought about continuing the series but I have no idea when that will be. But there will be more, I love making these types of homes Smile
