This is a home I call "American Dream" Don't ask me why since I don't live in the US and have no clue to what americans want I found it on a houseplan site and it said it was a modern american home so I guess it is somewhat true
It has:

Living area joined with kitchen
Family room
Large garden with big patio and pool
2 car garage
It costs 99.668 simoleans so it's not that expensive but it houses a large family so it's worth the money
