I am happy to finally be able to present to you "Radisson Manhattan" The biggest lot i have ever constructed
It took forever to make but I think it was worth it cuz it looks great in my New York hood
Please note that this lot is BIG and requires lots of memory to run smoothly.
The lot uses a few pieces of custom content and requires the invisible/unleveled walls by numenor at MTS2. You will find the links below
I started with the intention to finish the floorplan for all the floors but as i got higher up i noticed the game performance got more and more sluggish probably due to the high poly count that all the walls added. So i made a desicion that i would only make floorplans finished for the 1st, 2nd and penthouse floor apart from the lobby ofcourse:)
The ground floor is fully decorated and furnished with lobby, coffe shop, sitting areas, game tables, front desk, restrooms and a large kitchen for the bistro. At the back of the hotel is Bistro Artist which can be accessed either from the hotel lobby or from the street entrance behind the hotel. The 1st, 2nd and top floor have essential floorplans made and carpets and wallpaper and lighting are there but no furnishing or other decorations have been made to keep the lot from lagging too much.
I have tested the lot with one of my sims and it was fully functional but then i have a pretty fast computer

Custom content: Yes. The Radisson neon sign is included and can also be found amongst the other excellent signs made by atavera over at MTS2. The invisible/unleveled walls are made by numenor and can be found at MTS2 too
