The link for the P3 neon sign is no longer available. Any idea where I can get it? TIA.

It seems it has been removed from MTS2 and I can't locate it anywhere    I will keep looking and post here if i find it ok.

I had downloaded the file from mts2 when you posted this lot up...mts2_pixiestyx_Charmedp3.rar
maybe if you go to mts2 and find pixiestyx you can ask her why the thread was deleted and where the sign is now available...she might have moved it to another website.
It's a rework of DOT's neon sign mesh available at tsr so maybe someone else can re-make it if pixie doesnt want to re-post it anywhere...you cant really have a p3 without the sign lol

 I gave permission to Henrik to post the 2 files (p3 and dot's)  here. I myself no longer have it and MTS2 is the one who removed the post that it was on. I have no idea why.  

 As for this lot download you have here. AWSOME work. I will just have to download it if you put up the sign again

Hope it works You should punish your hubby by hiding the remote to the tv

Hiding the remote wont work. I always seem to misplace it as it is    And it is always right next to me covered in the blankets go figure. But maybe hiding the power cord to his PS2

 As for this a week or 2 ago I had someone else ask for the P3 sign and couldn't help them. So today I gave them this addy and told them what a wonderful job you did on the lot.

  but im having troble getting it onto the game, it downloads on to desk top and its in the sim body-shop package installer   but when i doble click that it dosnt say install it says :

please double click a costom content package file to install this content.

i dont no what happend it like this with all lots

I have heard of this problem earlier, it seems the game sometimes uses the wrong package installer when trying to install the files. You could try to right-click the package file, then choose "open with..." and then browse to the folder "Program files/EA GAMES/The Sims 2 Open for Business/CSBin" there you choose the Packageinstaller.exe file to open the lot with. If this doesent work you could download the Clean Installer from MTS2 and try using that one. I hope this helps

That happens to me a lot too, and not just with lots, also with sims. Try installing WinRAR and The Sims 2 pack clean installer and if that doesn't work it might just require an expansion that you don't have.
