Time for another lot from one of my favourite TV-shows "Charmed"
This time I tried making the club P3 that Piper runs.
As with the manor, the floorplans don't match so I have tried to puzzle together from pictures and some blueprints I found on the web, but it was hard
The buildings in the back of the club are for decoration only since I needed the alley behind the club. As of that there are no doors leading into those buildings so your NPC's don't stroll off into them
It is a community lot that your sims can buy and run for themselves
The lot is NOT fully decorated since it would have required lots of custom content, the only thing I used that was custom was the walls, the Neon signs and the decorative trashcans and dumpsters.
The only rooms that are decorated are the club itself, the office, the restroom and the kitchen. The rest of the rooms are empty since I have no idea what they are supposed to be
Also the shots I have from the club are all very dark so I'm not sure what the real wallpaper looks like so I just downloaded some black ones from MTS2
