At the end of the road, behind the trees furthest down on Suburbia Lane lies Hill Crest Manor
Originally built in 1775 and after burning down to the ground several times, it has now been restored to its original glory by the Sim City Historical Society.
The last known owner started the restauration back in 1901 but he was mysteriously killed in a freak accident involving two dogs, a screwdriver and some water. He is said to haunt the Manor but noone has been able to catch him on film.
The ground floor has a magnificant two story hallway leading to the three story atrium, all covered in marble. To your right is the sitting room also used as a dance hall back in the day. To your left is the two story library. Also located on the ground floor are the servant quarters, the kitchen and the grand dining hall.
Upstairs are two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. One floor above that is the master bedroom covering two floors and also another bedroom that the historians still haven't found out who occupied.
There are swirling corridors and look out so you do not get lost!
The manor is presently displayed as a tourist attraction but it is longing for occupants again.......if you dare.......
The manor costs 391.216 simoleans and is currently a residential lot but could easily be converted to a commercial lot by using cheats to become a tourist attraction for paying sims
