Ok big changes to tell you guys about today...

I changed the forum's default theme from the red one to the blue one (you can still change your theme in your profile to whichever one of the three you like)

I made it so you can just click the word "HomePage" in the top menu and it will take you to the homepage http://www.wickedsims2.com if you just want to go back to the forum home, click the words "wicked sims forum index" or click the picture in the top corner of the page.

I changed the look of the homepage....everything is different there so go check it out: http://www.wickedsims2.com this means I also changed the "donation" and "links" pages so that they all look the same.

If you don't like it, or have any suggestions, post in the Site Suggestions thread.

I'm pretty happy with it...it took me 3 days off and on to get it completely done the way I wanted it....it doesn't look so simple anymore

Some of you may have gotten an email today stating I added you to the "adults only" usergroup....I was just testing the usergroup functions to make sure they worked (since i've been messing with coding alot the last few days) and I didn't know it was going to email you guys about it, please ignore this email  (the usergroup only existed long enough for me to test it lol)

I fixed a few little things around the site...the logo at the top of the blue and red themes (i removed it completely from the red theme)

Also, I have now fixed it so that it should tell you when you have new messages, even if you don't have the "notify of pm with pop-up" selection enabled in your profile it should tell you at the top "You have __ new messages" (if you have none, it says "no new messages")

If you have the popup enabled but you have a popup blocker that's been blocking it (or if you use Firefox and have that setting enabled), a box will now pop up when you first sign on to tell you if you have a new message (if you dont have any messages, you wont see the box)....it is different from a popup but does the same job.

I realize alot of people may not like this, but I wanted to make sure there was a way for everyone regardless of their settings to know that they have new messages without having to constantly check their inbox. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but the Blue theme and the subsilver theme werent telling anyone when they had new messages, this is why I had do all that.


I also gave us a new logo  that you should see at the top of every page and on the homepage....it is an angel and a devil (like the old picture I had on the homepage except those were sims)....

Well I moved my disney characters to their own section so themed sims will mostly just have celebrities in it.

I sort of re-did the homepage
http://www.wickedsims2.com
and all the subpages (new downloads, links, donate)

The layout is basically the same though...I just tried to make it look nicer and not so crowded (it looked very crowded on the right-side).

I also made it so our "staff" is more prominent on the pages...all "staff" members are in a table at the top left-side...plus you can click each "staff" members' name to go straight to their section here on the forum.

I know, it's nothing fancy lol.....but it's better than the original layout when the site first opened
